We have worked diligently during the COVID-19 situation to update our already rigorous sanitation and safety standards. Our top priority has always been to deliver an unparalleled experience of restoration and rejuvenation to our clients, and our resolve is stronger now than ever before. Since the start of this, we worked hard to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as considering every step of your service experience to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines.
What We Are Requesting our Clients to Commit to:
- Affirmation that you aren’t sick or haven’t been around anyone that has been sick;
- Clients with a temperature of 100.4 or higher must reschedule their appointment;
- Wear a face mask (strongly encouraged for all clients for extra precaution and may be required based on state specific orders).
April 2020 Message
Dear valued clients:
I apologize for the delay in this email. I figured you were all bombarded with emails as I was.
This is an interesting time for sure.
I was asked by a client about my cleaning and sanitizing procedures. I want to reassure you all, that spray you always hear or see me do prior to touching you is 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. I have always done that. Yes I am increasing my frequency to add extra safety. I often clean you with the alcohol or witch hazel. At the very least, I am using cleansers and antibacterial essential oils. My implements are soaked in Lucas-cide. The compound of this solution as barabicide kills HIV, and Lucas-cide can kill airborne or topical cornovirus. I have been mixing that and keeping that going in the air as well as soaking my implements.
I have been diligent about making sure I have more than adequate cleaning and sanitizing supplies. I would never compromise anyone’s safety.
The Center for Disease Control is not suggesting you have to cancel your appointments. What they are suggesting is avoiding large crowds.
If you do not feel well or are suspicious you may have been exposed, please feel free to cancel and please let me know. I am concerned about all of you. This is weighing on me heavily.
There will be no cancellation fees during this time. However, please be respectful and try to give as much notice as you can. Others may want your time slot.
